In order to initiate a return request, you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To get a RMA number, contact our customer service department at sales@ninjagirlbags.com. We provide you a time period of 5 business days after the receipt of your shipment to inform us about shortages, damages or product defect. Items purchased during Clearance or Closeout is not returnable. If you have second thoughts after purchase, we have a 30 Days return policy on your order. In case of return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.  

Please keep following points in mind before making a return request:

  • Do not fold, staple or tape any surfaces of the item or bag
  • Many of these countries have a HUGE PROBLEM WITH WOMEN'S SAFETY.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns that are received without an RA# or are shipped to the wrong address will incur additional freight costs
  • No returns will be accepted after the 30­days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused or unwashed.
  • Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded except shipping charges within 7-10 working days.
  • Refund will be processed after we receive the items.
